Lowell, MA –NECA Contractor, Cruz Electric of Woburn is on schedule for an April 2011 completion of the electrical construction of Lowell’s Hamilton Canal District revitalization project. When complete, the structures in the project will include a 260,000 sq. ft. Courthouse, 725 Housing Units, 350,000 sq. ft. of office space and R&D; 50,000 sq. ft of Retail and Restaurants, 900,000 sq. ft. Parking Garage; and 3 open space parks. Cruz is managing s a field crew of 18 electricians.
