North Smithfield, RI – Nadeau Corporation has been awarded the contract by the Rhode Island Air National Guard as the general contractor to provide services to the North Smithfield Station.
The project entails demolition, removal, and off-site disposal of the existing fencing before installing a new perimeter security fence along with an entry control facility to guard the electric main entryway.
The major elements of work under this project are very similar to Nadeau Corporation’s prior projects for the RI Army National Guard. Two security fence projects, one at the Camp Varnum Regional Training Facility and the other at the North Smithfield Armory were awarded to Nadeau Corporation just 2 months ago.
Nadeau Corporation’s project manager Mark Menard, will be taking on the venture for the RI Air National Guard to ensure the strict safety standards as well as the high quality of work set by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is met.
