Natick, MA – Callahan Construction and Avalon Bay Communities have hired Metro Walls , Inc of Manchester, N.H. to be part of the team for the Avalon Bay Apartments in Natick, Mass. Metro Walls is performing all light gage framing, sheathing, rough carpentry and drywall.
The Avalon apartments consist of 407 units split between two high rise buildings. Units will range from studio apartments to two bedrooms.
The building is designed with block and plank structures and light gauge infill framing. This project has a demanding schedule and Metro Walls has been working at a very fast pace, completing at least a floor a week of interior and exterior framing.
