Boston – Metric Construction Corporation recently welcomed several new employees to the firm.
Anthony Sanchez serves as Metric’s new senior project manager, bringing more than 30 years of experience in general construction to the team, including 20 years in project management. Formerly of Pacific Mills Industrial Complex, he is currently overseeing the construction of a retail center in Allston as well as two new apartment buildings in Boston.
Ryan Mador recently joined Metric as an assistant project manager. Previously with National Millwork Co., Mador’s current position allows him to serve as a liaison between senior project managers and site superintendents. Currently he is responsible for academic, luxury residential, and historic rehabilitation projects under Metric’s purview.
Charles Burzlaff has more than 20 years in project management and construction supervision experience. With a variety of projects under his belt, including residential, assisted living, and institutional buildings, Burzlaff specializes in complex, large-scale construction. Previously at J&J Contractors, he is currently supervising the construction of an apartment building in Boston.
Based in Maine, Michael Doherty of Cloverleaf Management is supervising construction of The Bay House, a mixed-use residential/retail complex on Portland’s historic waterfront. As a veteran of the construction industry, Doherty draws on 35 years of experience ranging from luxury homes to commercial and financial institutions.
Kevin McGrath, formerly of TLT Construction joins Metric as a project superintendent bringing over 25 years of experience in supervising and coordinating construction projects. He has worked on a variety of projects including assisted living, residential, and institutional facilities. Currently he is supervising the construction of the Allston retail center and will later oversee the rehabilitation of the 170-unit historic Charleston Chew mill outside of Boston.
