Quincy, MA – Lee Kennedy Co. has hired Allan Fiddes as Chief
Estimator. Mr. Fiddes is a 20-year construction industry veteran with preconstruction and
estimating experience across every major building sector.
Overseeing estimating functions for the academic, healthcare/ life sciences and
commercial sectors at Lee Kennedy Co., Mr. Fiddes brings a strong background of
similar work for clients including Harvard University, MIT, New England Medical
Center and Baystate Medical to his work at the firm.
Mr. Fiddes is a LEED accredited professional, adding to the firm’s already deep staff
of LEED APs. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Prior to joining Lee Kennedy Co., Mr. Fiddes spent ten years with construction manager
Barr & Barr.
