West Hartford, CT –Simon Konover Development Corporation has announced a joint venture agreement with Outlook Development Group of Franklin, Wisconsin.
“This joint venture agreement will allow The Simon Konover Company to expand further geographically into the upper Midwest across multiple markets,” according to Jonathan Fisher, Director of Acquisitions & Development for Simon Konover Development Corporation.
Outlook Development Group (Outlook) is a commercial real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of grocery stores, grocery anchored shopping centers, medical office facilities, and single and multi tenant Industrial real estate. Outlook has acquired approximately $130,000,000 in deals over the last 4 years.
The Joint Venture will focus on the acquisition and development of projects in Wisconsin and Illinois with a principal focus on retail and medical office opportunities.
