Boston – Jones Lang LaSalle announced that the firm has bolstered its project and development team with the hiring of Timothy King as vice president, healthcare.
King is a veteran of commercial real estate in New England with over 25 years of development and construction experience specializing in the Healthcare industry.
Since 2004 he was Director of Business Development with William A. Berry & Son. In that role he created and successfully executed Berry’s sales plan. His responsibilities included client development and interaction, budget oversight, and associations/trade show management. He led the sales effort for over $1 billion of Healthcare
Prior to joining Berry, Timothy was with Modern Continental Construction as a business development coordinator.
