New Britain, CT – Kaestle Boos Associates of New Britain has been selected by the Town of Montville to provide schematic designs for its new public safety facility. The new facility will house the town’s police department and a regional 911 dispatch facility.
“We are very pleased to be chosen for this project,” says Charles Boos, CEO of Kaestle Boos Associates. “Our firm has a long history of designing quality police and fire facilities across New England. Over the last decade our firm has played a role in helping towns throughout Connecticut meet their public safety needs and we look forward to helping Montville determine what features it will require to build a facility that meets the current and future demands of its police department as well as other public safety concerns. Our preliminary work on this project will help the town determine its true needs and help pin down the costs associated with its construction.”
Work on the project began in May and the preliminary design work is expected to be approved by the Public Safety Building Committee and presented to the Town Council by September.
