Working collaboratively with Boston Properties, building owner; Facilities Management Consultants, project management; Packard Design and Biotecture, project architects and AHA Consulting Engineers, MEPFP engineers, the team successfully converted 45,000sf of vacant space to new cutting-edge offices and laboratories that will accommodate Joule’s development as a fast-growing producer of renewable fuels and chemicals.
