Chicopee, MA – Development Associates has begun facilitating the build-out for JN Philips , a family owned and operated auto glass company based in Woburn, to open a 7,500 sf warehouse at 140 Padgette Street in Chicopee. The expected completion date is March 1, 2012.
This is the 15th building in Chicopee that has been developed and is managed by Development Associates.
