Maynard, Mass – JM Coull has promoted six staff members in its project management department.
Dan Cobb and Marc Moschella are taking on new roles for JMC as senior project managers, overseeing
the work of several project managers at once. Jami Anderson, Josh Deming and Rob Hennessy have
been named project managers; Heather Waice was promoted to assistant project manager.
Marc Moschella of Beverly, Mass., has been with JM Coull for ten years, managing projects in the
healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and micro-electronics divisions. Moschella has managed
some of the company’s most complex projects, including an Advanced Technology Center for Shipley
Company (now Dow Chemical) in Marlborough, Mass., which won an ABC Excellence in Construction
award. He is currently managing various projects at Northeastern University in Boston and PerkinElmer
in Hopkinton, Mass.
Dan Cobb of Haverhill, Mass., has been with JMC for 5 years, earning accolades for projects that have
won regional and national recognition from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Cobb’s
resume spans healthcare, institutional and advanced technology projects.
Anderson, Deming and Hennessy all served JM Coull as assistant project managers for 5 years prior to
their promotion to project manager, building varied and substantial resumes through cross training
and project management experience. Anderson and Deming hold bachelor’s degrees from Fitchburg
State University and Roger Williams University, respectively; Hennessy is a graduate of Southern New
Hampshire University. His experience with JM Coull also includes positions with the field and accounting
staffs.
Waice, a JMC employee for one year, has been supporting the activities of the company’s
preconstruction and operations departments in preparation for her promotion to assistant project
manager. She holds a civil engineering degree from the University of New Hampshire.
