Lawrence, MA – Jewett Automotive Design & Construction has contracted with Charles Daher’s Commonwealth Motors to build a ground-up, state-of-the-art Chevrolet dealership in Lawrence, where the company also holds franchises for Nissan, VW, Kia, and Honda.
The new 28,400sf facility will consist of a 12,500sf steel-framed service bay structure and a 15,800sf pre-engineered steel building housing an automobile showroom and administration/management offices, as well as utility areas and parts storage.
All steel is being erected by Jewett Metal Buildings & Steel Erectors, a division of Jewett Construction Company, Inc. of Raymond, N.H.
