Raymond, NH – Jewett Construction Company, Inc. has completed a tenant fit-up for Boomer Wolf, LLC at the 49,000 sf Pinkerton Place retail/business complex in Derry, NH.
This fast-track project, designed by Port One Architects of Portsmouth, consisted of a fitting out of a 2,000 sf retail space for a future tenant—the final such space to be completed—including lighted ceiling grid, ADA bathroom and complete HVAC system. This is the third project Jewett Construction has undertaken at Pinkerton Place for Boomer Wolf, having completed the Panera Bread bakery in 2012 as well as the development’s final 9,000 sf multi-tenant building in 2013.
