Raymond, NH – Jewett Automotive Design and Construction has contracted with the Tulley Automotive Group to construct a new BMW dealership and service center at 170 Auto Center Rd. in Manchester, NH.
The project consists of renovations to both the interior and exterior of an existing 12,560 SF structure, the addition of 11,500 SF of new pre-engineered building including a 5667 SF steel-framed service bay with a 2nd floor office addition, and two new entry vestibules.
This is the second project Jewett has undertaken for Tulley Automotive. Past work includes 18,000 SF of renovations and 26,000 SF of additions to its BMW dealership in Nashua, where it also holds franchises for Buick, GMC, Mazda, and Volkswagen.
