Waltham, MA – J. Calnan & Associates, Inc.of Quincy was recently awarded the preconstruction services for Hitachi Data Systems.
The project includes renovations to 42,000sf on the second and third floors of the building at 610 Lincoln Street in Waltham. Both spaces are connected via an interconnected stair.
Of that 42,000, approximately 6,000 will be a development lab which will include a UPS and a pre-action system along with heavy mechanical & electrical loads. The remainder of the office will be a combination of executive offices as well as open offices and product display areas.
The project team also includes Winter Street Architects, AHA Consulting Engineers and JLL Project Management.
