Quincy, MA – J. Calnan & Associate that William McKenna has joined the Quincy-based company as a Project Manager. In this capacity, he will be responsible for advancing JC&A’s ability to deliver superior project management services to our clients and will focus on continuing to expand our corporate, private school and life science project portfolios while driving our sustainable initiatives.
In addition, Mr. McKenna will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of projects from preliminary planning throughout the construction and final occupancy. His responsibilities include supervision of staff and subcontractors; trade coordination; logistics and safety planning; subcontractor buy-out; contract negotiation; requisition review and approval; financial status reports; budget reports; quality control and client satisfaction.
Mr. McKenna has over 15 years of project management experience in the construction industry and an impressive list of satisfied clients. Prior to joining J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., Bill was a Project Manager for A-Z Corp, where he managed several projects for Pfizer on their Cambridge campus, as well as Lonza Biologics in Hopkinton and Portsmouth, NH.

Mr. McKenna holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Union College and is a licensed Massachusetts construction supervisor.
