Quincy, MA – J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. announced that David Conner has joined the Quincy-based company as a Project Manager.
Conner will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of projects from
preliminary planning throughout the construction and final occupancy. His responsibilities include
supervision of staff and subcontractors, trade coordination, logistics and safety planning, subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, requisition review and approval, financial status reports, budget reports, quality
control and client satisfaction.
Conner has nearly 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
Prior to joining J. Calnan & Associates he held project management positions at Commodore Builders, The Whiting Turner Contracting Company and Dente Engineering.
