Rockland, MA – Integrated Builders has completed a 4,300sf tenant fit-up at 302 Weymouth Street in Rockland on behalf of Noble Supply & Logistics, a global provider of supply, procurement, and logistics solutions to the U.S. military, federal, state, and local governments. The repositioning of the space transformed the company’s existing onsite warehouse area into additional offices to accommodate the continued growth and expanded workforce of the supply and logistics support firm.
Bob Purdy, project manager at Integrated Builders, led his team while working collaboratively with Ken Hyszczak, director of Fort Hill Architecture. The mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems were completed on a design-build basis.

With the completed office conversion, Noble Supply & Logistics’ space accommodates 27 additional employees and boasts an open, collaborative layout featuring a new reception/receiving area, conference room, kitchen, and server room. Additionally, the functionality of the installed data system is state-of-the-art, which will allow the firm to continue its growth and expansion in the global commerce market.
