Salem, NH – Integrated Builders is currently renovating 190,000 sf in Salem, NH for Enterasys. The project began in May and will be completed in December. This is the third project at 9 Northeastern Blvd. with Maugel Architects Inc, and our fourth project in the 660,000 sf building owned by Equity Industrial Partners. Work involves a new 30,000 sf electronics lab including a computer room with full redundancy and generator support, 140,000 sf of office space, facade upgrades, an open air courtyard, and 43 new roof top units.
