Manchester, NH – Brookstone Builders, Inc. recently announced that they have completed a multi-facility reconstruction project at the Heritage Pool & Racquet Club in Concord, Massachusetts.
The scope-of-work involved the demolition of an existing bath house and storage facility, followed by the construction of a new bath-house with office, a pool equipment building, a covered pavilion that will be used for various events, and a tennis court-side hut.
Site work included general landscaping and the construction of a new pool-area deck.
Dave Giovagnoli of Brookstone Builders was the Project Manager, and Jack Boardman served as Brookstone Builders’ Site Superintendent. The project’s architect was Robert DelSavio, who is with Bargmann Hendrie & Archetype, Inc. of Boston, Massachusetts.
