Boston, Ma – Group One Partners, Inc., an architectural/interior design and purchasing firm in Boston, has hired Elaine Soo Hoo AIA, LEED AP as project manager.

With more than two decades of hospitality experience throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East, Soo Hoo has expertise in hotel planning and design for major hotel operators including The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons along with independent and privately owned hotels. She has more than 10 years of experience as an interior architect and designer working on residential and mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, and higher-education buildings.
Soo Hoo is a registered architect in Massachusetts and a certified LEED AP. A member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), Soo Hoo is also an advisory board member for the New England School of Art and Design (NESAD) and has participated as a thesis advisor and studio critic for the interior design programs at NESAD and Wentworth Institute of Technology.
She earned her master’s degree in architecture from Harvard University and her bachelor’s degree in design of environment from the University of Pennsylvania. Soo Hoo further participated in the one-year study program at the University of Cambridge, England and earned her Facilities Management Certificate from Wentworth Institute of
Technology.
