Boston – GEI Consultants, Inc. is providing materials testing for a construction project at the Wolf Creek Nuclear Generating Station in Burlington, Kan.
GEI was hired by Bechtel Power to provide materials testing and on-site inspection of 30,000 linear feet of buried essential service water (ESW) piping that is being replaced. To support this project, GEI has opened a testing laboratory in Burlington. The project started in August of 2012 and is expected to be completed by December of 2014.
