Newton, MA – Fraser Engineering of Newton recently welcomed Barbara Bates as its new Chief Financial Officer. She brings several years of experience and expertise with senior level reporting of cash flow and financials that will streamline and strengthen Fraser’s financial operations. Previously, Bates worked for a large construction management firm where she started as a senior project accountant and rose through the ranks to CFO.
Fraser also welcomed Bob Otto as its new COO. He brings over 30 years of experience and expertise in manpower levels, implementing achievable goals, estimating, purchasing, time sensitive scheduling, and overall operations of small to large mechanical projects. Most recently Otto spent four years as the senior MEP manager for a Newton- based construction management firm, and has held positions as vice president of mechanical construction, senior project manager and mechanical superintendent.mechanical construction, senior project manager and mechanical superintendent.
