DESCRIPTION:Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors is the performance of tasks which ensure that construction is performed according to plans and specifications\, on time\, within a defined budget\, and a safe work environment. \nDate/Time:\nWednesday\, November 13\, 2024\, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. \nLocation:\nABC NH/VT\, Tim Barton Education Center\, Concord\, NH\nDriving Directions \nDescription:\nThe CQM certification is required for Army Corps of Engineers and Navy construction contracts. This course provides training on the CQM concepts and procedures used in Naval Facilities Engineering Command and Army Corps of Engineers construction contracts. These concepts fit perfectly with commercial construction work\, taking CQM down to the working level and familiarizing participants with the importance of the all parts of the contract: safety\, quality\, environmental\, etc. \nWho Should Attend:\nThis course must be taken and passed by any contractor selected to do work for the Army Corps or NAVFAC.\nAttendees who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate that is required by Army Corps and Navy construction contracts. The certificate is valid for 5 years. \nCQM can be applied successfully to private-sector work.
