Prior to The Link\, Hugh served as a general manager at the Construction Specifications Institute. \nHugh began his career translating specifications for welding wire for Taiwanese engineers\, and has been passionate about ensuring problem solvers have the information they need ever since. Whether it’s TV production for Pepsi in China or mechanical specifications for a building in Colorado\, many of the same issues apply. \nThis interest in empowering problem solvers has found its natural expression in modern artificial intelligence\, where Hugh has led teams building products in eLearning\, machine vision\, and now LLMs. \nHugh lives in Austin\, Texas with his dog\, Bob.
