ASM: Scheduling Pitfalls— How to Cover Your A$$

Join us on Tuesday, November 19, for a program on the realities of scheduling in the construction industry. ASM President Leslie Carrio of DePaoli Mosaic Company and Jim Miller of Salem Glass Company, moderated by Michael Sams of Kenney & Sams, P.C., will discuss the scheduling challenges to be aware of before you sign the contract, when the contract is in-house, as the work approaches, and once the work is complete.
