AIA CT: Hard Hat Tour; A Mass Timber and Passive House Integrated Design

A tour that will showcase a development comprising of two buildings situated on a single lot, which together house 69 affordable housing units. During the tour, attendees will witness the harmonious integration of Mass Timber technology and Passive House design principles. A short presentation on how the project achieves an environmentally progressive design that incorporates high sustainability measures and reduces our carbon footprint will proceed with the construction site tour.
