Deerfield,MA – Erland Construction was recently awarded the construction of a new 22,000sf dormitory for Deerfield Academy. Erland will team with ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge on this new construction project.
When completed in the summer of 2012, the two-story, wood-framed structure will feature three faculty apartments and 30 single bedrooms for students. The new residence hall will also have common rooms, a game room, two bathrooms, thermal solar panels, and a slate roof.
