Burlington, MA – Erland Construction was recently awarded the new 16,000 square foot Meeting and Performance Hall for the Fenn School in Concord, Massachusetts. On September 24th, the school held a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off this exciting new project. Teaming with Imai Keller Moore Architects of Watertown, Erland is scheduled to complete the building next fall.
”We’re very excited to start this challenging, new project for the Fenn School,” said Erland’s President, Steve McDonald. “They’re a new client for us and we’re eager to prove ourselves to them and build a lasting relationship.”
Situated in the center of the campus, the new Meeting and Performance Hall will feature a 458-seat theater, two large band and music classrooms, and large multi-purpose areas.
