Newton, MA – Elaine Construction recently announced Jacqueline Falla joined the company as Director of Client Services. In this role, Ms. Falla will be responsible for developing strategic growth plans, in close collaboration with the Elaine leadership team, in the areas of corporate, institutional and nonprofit sectors. She will manage the full complement of business development activities for Elaine, bringing to bear her skills in relationship and visibility building, technical writing, and client service.

Jackie brings more than 17 years experience in the A/E/C industry, specifically in the areas of marketing, communications, and business development. Prior to joining Elaine she served as Director of Business Development for Shawmut Design and Construction’s Academic Division.
Ms. Falla holds a BS in Political Science from Boston University, and a Certificate of Administration from Harvard University Extension School. She is an active member of the Society for College and University Planners.
