Boston, MA – Environments at Work announced today it has hired two new staff to support its ongoing growth. Serving as the new customer satisfaction and quality control manager, Paula Warner will provide support and quality control for the companies existing clients. Abby Marsh will serve as sales coordinator, managing new customer orders from proposal through project completion. These new additions represent the company?s commitment to provide superb customer service for new and existing customers. They will be located in the company?s Boston office.

Paula Warner comes to Environments at Work with a background as a senior financial analyst, most recently for the East Coast Division of Sun Microsystems. Her expertise is focused on creating business partnerships, listening effectively, identifying potential issues, and preventing or resolving issues as they arise. She also previously served as a financial analyst for Commonwealth Energy Systems. Paula received her Masters in Business Administration from Babson College, and her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College.
Abby Marsh most recently served as a sales associate for Webster & Company in Boston, and previously was a sales associate and office manager for Johnson & Associates in Concord, Mass. Her expertise lies in understanding both internal and external customer needs and serving as the liaison between both. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
