DPM Adds Three

Newton, MA – Diversified Project Management (DPM) announced the addition of Liz Dalton, NCIDQ, Carlos Lopez and Julia Driesch to its project management staff.

Newton, MA – Diversified Project Management (DPM) announced the addition of Liz Dalton, NCIDQ, Carlos Lopez and Julia Driesch to its project management staff.

Dalton joins DPM as a full time project manager after several months working on a number of projects on a consulting basis. She previously worked as a designer and project manager with local architectural firms Cubellis Associates and Packard Design.

Lopez has also joined DPM as a project manager. His career spans several design firms, as well as the Federal Reserve and Fidelity Investments, managing all phases of project deliverables including site due diligence/selection, review of leasing documents, space planning, design supervision, schedule and budget management, construction supervision, corporate services management, FF&E coordination and move management for corporate and retail spaces.

Driesch has been hired as an assistant project manager. She comes to DPM from Wentworth University with a BS in Facilities Planning and Management. She has previously held positions with two local contractors.
