Hartford, CT – Diversified Project Management (DPM) reccently announced that it has recently completed the office relocation of OakBridge Insurance Services in Bloomfield, CT.
OakBridge Insurance Services, a specialized insurance intermediar focused exclusively on Executive and Professional Liability coverage hired DPM to provide owner’s representation services to manage and oversee the FF&E coordination and move management services for the relocation of OakBridge’s staff and operations at 580 Cottage Grove Road in Bloomfield to 10,600 sf of office space at 330 West Newberry Road in Bloomfield. DPM oversaw the procurement of new office furniture, coordinated the delivery and installation of new FF&E as well as the disposition of original furniture and managed the overall relocation.
