Hamden, CT – The Town of Hamden, Connecticut awarded Diggs Construction, LLC to serve as the Owner’s Construction Consultant (OCC) and Certified Payroll Administrator (CPA). Diggs Construction will provide OCC and CPA services over a period of 18 months for the construction of the Memorial Town Hall and Police Headquarters project in Hamden, Connecticut. Jennifer Frank has been selected for the OCC position, and Jose Rendon for the CPA position.
