Demo Underway at Bayside YMCA – Vision 3 Architects

Barrington, RI – Vision 3 Architects designed the new 12,000 s.f. addition and renovations to the existing 36,000 s.f. facility for the Bayside YMCA in Barrington, RI. Demolition of the existing pool and locker room is proceeding, to make way for the pool addition. The addition will include a, six-lane lap pool and family play area, as well as locker rooms and lounge space for members. The project also includes interior renovations to the existing building and redevelopment of the site. The facility is scheduled to remain open
throughout the 10 month construction period. New England Construction is the construction manager, and construction is expected to be completed in May 2013.
