Foxborough, MA – Maguire Group is pleased to announce that George Delegas, AIA has joined the firm as a Principal Architect in the Foxborough office.
Mr. Delegas has over 30 years of experience as an architect / design consultant. For over half his career, he has specialized in design of academic projects including K-12 and higher education, overseeing multiple capital projects and skillfully managing the entire design and construction process for Northeast and international clients. Projects include colleges and universities, private and public schools and libraries, municipal buildings, housing / hospitality facilities, community centers and intermodal transportation facilities. Mr. Delegas also has assisted the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) with needs assessments of over 1,800 public schools. Mr. Delegas will expand Maguire Group’s efforts in the academic market sectors with projects related to new construction, renovation and expansion. Maguire Group has completed hundreds of projects in this market, with services ranging from planning and full design to M/E/P and owner’s project management.
