Providence, RI – Durkee, Brown, Viveiros & Werenfels Architects has announced the promotion of Kristi Gelnett, AIA, LEED AP from Project Manger to Associate. In her eleven years at DBVW, Kristi has served as a key team member on some of DBVW’s most challenging projects. Her ability to focus on detail enriches every stage of the design process, from researching and carefully documenting existing conditions, to developing elegantly detailed drawings, to providing thorough construction administration services. Outside the office, Kristi has given much of her time and talent to positively represent both DBVW and the greater Rhode Island architectural community. She serves on the Downtown Design Review Committee and the Board of Directors for AIA Rhode Island. Additionally, Kristi is a volunteer with the ACE Mentor Program, mentoring local high school students interested in careers in architecture, construction and engineering.
