Day Care Facility at Riverbridge North Complete

Rockland, MA – Integrated Builders  completed the Growing Room Child Development Center, a daycare facility, at Riverbridge North village.  The 12,500 square foot standalone facility was designed by Union Studio and developed by Matthew Senie, General Manager of Riverbridge North LLC. The facility’s completion marks the second finished structure of the Riverbridge North village, a 470,000 square foot mixed-use development located in Berlin, MA.

The new Growing Room Child Development Center, which opened last month, provides care for local infants and children. Integrated Builders constructed the facility from the ground up, contributing to the foundation, wood framing, and installation of new gas and electric systems in the building. The interior design layout, also developed by Integrated Builders, fosters a learning environment for children to excel in math, science and computer technology.

“Our team is proud to have contributed to such a valuable piece of Riverbridge North’s new community,” said Jay Dacey, President of Integrated Builders. “Union Studio’s insight from previous work at Riverbridge North enabled us to partner together to deliver a facility that will foster learning and growth for today’s youth as well as future generations.”

The Growing Room Child Development Center at Riverbridge North offers the community’s children a variety of programs to strengthen their cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional skills. A solid rubber surfaced playground complements the facility and will give children an additional place to grow and to learn throughout the seasons. The daycare center will ultimately be part of over 130,000 square feet of public space within the Berlin neighborhood. In addition to the Growing Room Child Development Center, Riverbridge North will feature a 175,000 square foot Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and 115 one, two and three bedroom apartments and condominiums.
