Westfield, Massachusetts – Matthew Davison recently joined Tighe & Bond, Inc. as a Senior Environmental Scientist. Working out of the firm’s Middletown, Connecticut office, he offers clients environmental and wetland expertise that is fully integrated with the firm’s wide range of engineering and environmental projects throughout Connecticut.
Davison is supporting Tighe & Bond’s steady growth strategy for civil engineering and environmental services in Connecticut. His presence in the firm’s Middletown office offers close proximity to many Connecticut clients, allowing for increased customer responsiveness and delivery of ongoing high quality services. Davison will provide environmental support for Tighe & Bond’s civil engineering, water resources, public utilities, demolition, regulatory compliance and site remediation projects. Skilled in determining project environmental permitting needs, and securing those permits, he also performs wetland delineations, and provides wetland monitoring and construction monitoring services.
With more than 14 years of experience as in the environmental field, Davison has provided related services to public and private clients throughout Connecticut. He has a bachelor of science in forestry from the University of Massachusetts, and is a certified/licensed forester in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He is also a professional soil scientist, and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).
