Newton, MA (February 26, 2013) – BayPoint Builders announces new leadership with the addition of Mark David as President and Chief Executive Officer. David brings 26 years of construction experience to BayPoint Builders. Most recently, David was the President of Construction at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) overseeing the business nationally. His primary responsibilities included providing executive leadership, strategic planning and expansion of the business to new cities in the United States. Prior to JLL’s acquisition of Spaulding & Slye Colliers, David was a Principal at Spaulding & Slye Colliers where he led their New England construction business. David’s leadership experience will allow him to successfully set the new strategic direction of BayPoint Builders.

David graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a Board Member and Executive Committee Member of the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts and a Board Member and Past President of the Massachusetts Building Congress.
