Boston, MA – Corenet New England recently presented a panel discussion entitled, “Strategies: Stay, Grow, or Go?”. Panelists discussed how companies and institutions make decisions about new space or locations.
The real estate adage of location, location, location, is just one part of the the ways and means of how they examine how well the current location supports the business.
Other factors including labor market as a supply of talent, a competitive cost base, transportation and utility infrastructure, tax structure etc. all come into play to lead to the decision of whether to stay, go, or grow.
