Boston – Helge Capital and Gansett Ventures, both Boston-based real estate firms, are building Ninety_o, a modern multifamily development at 90 Ocean Ave. in Revere.
Billed as “Something to Really Revere,” this transit-oriented development will provide 75 premium apartments near Revere Beach, in the heart of this emerging beachfront corridor just minutes from Downtown Boston.
A quick walk to the MBTA Blue Line or a short drive down Route 1-A or I-93 will connect residents with the nightlife, culture and cuisine of Downtown Boston.
Ninety_o, will offer both surface and underground parking. It features an eclectic mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments for individuals, couples and small families looking to enjoy a truly unique living experience. Ninety_o was designed by LaFreniere Architects and is being constructed by Waypoint Companies. Construction on the 82,400sf project is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2020.
