Howard Hobbs has joined the Consigli team as Project Manager. He has extensive experience in senior preconstruction and construction management capacities for multimillion-dollar projects in the Boston, and Washington, DC metropolitan areas.
Steven O’Toole, Project Superintendent, joins Consigli with more than 16 years of experience with a variety of academic, residential, and life science clients throughout New England.
