Congress Companies Starts Health Center

Milwaukee, WI – The Congress Companies announced the commencement of the construction and renovation project for the $18 million Bel Air Health Center, a state-of-the-art long-term care and rehabilitation center located in Milwaukee.
Utilizing a turnkey-leaseback solution, the project will result in the renovation and construction of a fully furnished and equipped, 102,000sf rehabilitation and nursing building.
The plans for Bel Air Health Center include complete interior and exterior renovation, a brand-new, 50-bed rehab wing using the latest scientific and medical principles, a new fully-equipped 3,500sf rehabilitation and gym facility, all new furnishings and equipment throughout, all private, single-bedded rooms throughout the rehab wing and five phases of renovations to allow for continued occupancy of the facility.
