Newton, MA – Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM) announced that it has been hired to provide comprehensive project management services for the relocation of Communispace, Inc. to the Atlantic Wharf Building in Boston.
Communispace, the leading online community provider, is relocating its Boston Headquarters from its current 40,000 square-foot location in Watertown. Ted Lyon of FHO Partners represented the company in the negotiation and execution of the lease at 530 Atlantic Avenue which consists of over 82,000 square-feet of space across two floors in the Waterfront Building. The new space will capture the elements of Communispace’s dynamic culture with an energetic and eclectic feel, consisting of open workstations, articulating stair, conference and training rooms and its signature “Fenway Park West,” a custom meeting space that emulates the beloved home of the Boston Red Sox. Occupancy is expected in the summer of 2011.
Diversified Project Management provided site analysis assistance and will continue to provide Communispace with full project management services including programming, construction administration, FF&E coordination and move planning. This is the third engagement between DPM and the successful and rapidly growing social networking company.
