Boston – Commodore Builders of Newton has been ed the build-out of Brightcove’s 82,000sf headquarters on the waterfront in the heart of Boston’s Innovation District.
Brightcove is a digital media firm and cloud content services company.
Construction began in November on the third and fourth floors of the Atlantic Wharf building, overlooking the Rose Kennedy Greenway and Fort Point Channel.
This marks Commodore’s third project at Boston Properties’ Atlantic Wharf. The firm is currently building the new home of the BSA, located on the first and second floors, and recently completed construction of Payette’s new office, located on the fifth floor of the mixed use complex.
Commodore is collaborating with Elkus Manfredi Architects, WB Engineers, and the owner’s project manager AEC Solutions to complete the build-out. Brightcove expects to move into their new space in March, 2012.
