Easton, MA – Columbia Construction provided construction management services to Stonehill College for the 7,800 sf renovation of The Hill, located in the Roche Dining Commons. Serving as a multi-purpose social entertainment space on campus, The Hill includes the college’s main retail dining, as well as social and performance
activities. Connor Architecture, LLC was the Architect and Fellenzer Engineering, LLP was the MEP Engineer.
The new dining facility and café features a 360 degree food service platform; a new kitchen; and a new and improved Brother Mike’s Coffeehouse. A social gathering space for 40 years now, Brother Mike’s is the ‘Cheers’ of Stonehill College.
The Hill also boasts an expanded stage and back-of-the-house function area for events and performances.
