Brockton, MA -cm&b of Lynnfield has started work at the site of two new automobile dealerships in Brockton, for repeat client, The Bernardi Auto Group.
The demolition of an existing 200,000sf warehouse and complete site development of the 20 acre parcel by the cm&b team set the stage for the ground up construction of a new 51,000sf Honda dealership and a 28,600sf Hyundai dealership.
Teaming with architectural partner Regent Associates, Inc of Westborough, cm&b is scheduled to complete the construction of the twin dealerships next summer.
Bernardi Hyundai and Bernardi Honda will introduce 125 new job opportunities once the dealerships open.
