Wilmington, MA – Channel Building Company recently entered into an agreement with Holloway Automotive for the interior renovation of their dealership located at 309 Portsmouth Avenue in Greenland, New Hampshire.
Improvements to the original 26,000 square foot building that was built by Channel Building Company in 1999 will consist of 6,000 square feet of interior space being updated with all new floor tiles, extensive millwork for the sales area, all natural beechwood finishes, and vibrant paint schemes.
Channel Building will be performing all design and construction management for this new renovation which is being designed to meet the needs of Holloway Automotive and their customers.
Work has already commenced and will be completed by the end of the year. Holloway Automotive will remain open for business during the renovation.
