Raymond, NH – Jewett Construction Company, Inc. (JCCI) has contracted with LAARS Heating Systems to build a 12,000sf expansion of its manufacturing facility at 20 Industrial Way, in Rochester.
The project includes a new two-story steel addition constructed by Jewett Metal Buildings & Steel Erectors—a division of JCCI—to house a new customer center and training facility, main lobby, cafeteria and new office space. The job also includes new rubber roofing and expanded parking.
This is the second such expansion the JCCI team has built for LAARS.
